In the journey to affirm its reputation and improve training quality, Intracom University always considers quality assurance as the core foundation. Looking forward to the important accreditation period in September 2026, on May 5, 2026, the school successfully organized an intensive training program with the topic: “Building an internal quality assurance system and Self-evaluating training programs according to Circular 04/2025/TT-BGDDT”.

The training session took place in a solemn atmosphere with the full participation of the Board of Directors, unit leaders, lecturers and managers. This is a key preparation step for the school to carry out simultaneous accreditation of 06 training programs, including 04 undergraduate majors: Economic Law, Business Administration, English Language, Electrical Engineering and 02 master’s majors: Business Administration, Economic Management.

At the event, reputable inspection experts clarified the context and essential contents of the internal quality assurance system. Unifying the concepts of quality culture and quality assurance framework not only helps staff understand the correct orientation of the Ministry of Education and Training but also arouses a sense of responsibility in building a standard educational environment.
The focus of the program is the dissemination and guidance on implementing the latest set of standards. Circular 04/2025/TT-BGDDT sets out strict and comprehensive requirements with a structure of 8 standards, 52 criteria, including 10 prerequisite criteria. This system requires educational institutions to meet 144 specific requirements and build a list of up to 288 suggested evidence to demonstrate training capacity.

In the standards system, eligibility criteria play a fundamental role in deciding the recognition of training programs. The school pays special attention to the specialized team about the mandatory criteria that must be met for the standard to be recognized, typically such as:
Self-assessment and quality management process
The training session went deeply into the evaluation method according to two levels: Pass and Fail. To achieve the best results, Intracom University requires specialized teams to demonstrate a systematic approach, consistently deploy administrative processes and provide clear evidence of continuous improvement based on real data for the period 2021 – 2026.
To prepare for the 2026 self-assessment report, the school has agreed on the data analysis period from 2021 to 2026. The new point in this work is the selection of the 2023 training program as the basis for measuring output standards, from which to make breakthrough improvements for the 2026 program.

Integrating opinions from employers and soon-to-be graduates into the survey is considered an important basis for indirect evaluation and improving the practicality of the program.
The discussion space of the training program is positioned as a multi-dimensional dialogue forum. By dividing into working groups according to each topic, each lecturer had the opportunity to directly reflect on the actual operating situation and at the same time highlight professional bottlenecks in the process of implementing self-assessment at each unit.

Sharing from school leaders and experts has shed light on the structure of the internal quality assurance system, from construction principles to actual implementation. In particular, the method of building and operating the system of tools to monitor performance indicators has been clearly presented, contributing to improving proactive capacity and steadfastness in task implementation.
The training program ended with successful results, equipping each individual with the most effective management tools. This is not only a technical activity serving the September 2026 accreditation period but also a commitment of Intracom University to building a sustainable quality culture.
