Detailed Guide to Enrollment Procedures, Location and Documents for New Intracom University Students

In order to help new students get acquainted quickly and complete admission procedures in the most convenient and transparent way, the School would like to send to parents and new students detailed instructions on the process, location and admission documents for new students of Intracom University that need to be prepared along with the standard admission process below.

Official Admission Time and Location

• Reception time: From August 14 to August 21.
• Direct admission location: Admissions Office – 20th Floor, Intracom University, Tower A, Intracom Riverside Building, Vinh Thanh, Dong Anh, Hanoi.

Parents and new students, please note the above time and location to proactively arrange schedules and complete procedures on time.

List of Admission Documents Needed to Prepare

In order for the process of comparing and receiving documents to take place quickly, new students need to fully prepare the following documents according to the School’s instructions:

1. Online enrollment registration form: 01 copy filled out according to the prescribed form of Intracom University.
2. High school transcript: 01 notarized photocopy of high school transcript (full results of all 3 school years).
3. Citizen identification card (ID card/CCCD): 01 notarized photocopy (both sides complete).
4. Diploma or High School Graduation Certificate:
   1. For candidates graduating in 2026: 01 notarized copy of Temporary High School Graduation Certificate.
   2. For candidates graduating before 2026: 01 notarized photocopy of High School Diploma.
5. Certificate of Graduation Score: 01 copy (according to the corresponding graduation year, available in the temporary graduation certificate or certified by the high school/Department of Education and Training).
6. For candidates applying for regular admission: 02 valid copies of full-course transcript and diploma of intermediate/college/university level.
7. Documents proving achievement (applicable if candidates register for direct admission, priority points added or scholarship consideration): 01 notarized photocopy of the following documents (if any):
   1. Certificate of excellent student from Provincial/City level or higher.
   2. Certificate of “Students with startup ideas” contest from Provincial/City level or higher.
   3. Certificate of “Science and Technology” contest from Provincial/City level or higher.
   4. Certificate of winning prizes at art and sports competitions at national level or higher.
   5. International foreign language certificate is still valid for 02 years from the exam date (if used to convert admission scores).
8. Competency/Thinking Assessment exam results form (if admission is done using code 402): 01 notarized photocopy of exam results of one of the exams:
   1. Competency assessment exam of Hanoi National University or Ho Chi Minh City National University.
   2. Thinking assessment exam of Hanoi University of Science and Technology

5 Steps to Complete Admission Procedures at Intracom University

To make the admission process quick, convenient and minimize missing documents, new students at Intracom University will follow the admission process according to 05 steps below:

Step 1: Confirm Admission Online and Receive Notice of Admission

After receiving the admission results, candidates need to do online admission confirmation on the System of the Ministry of Education and Training according to the prescribed time.

During this period, Intracom University will:

• Guide candidates to confirm admission on the system;
• Check the admission confirmation status of each candidate;
• Send Notice of admission to candidates simultaneously through the following forms: Email, SMS and Post Office;
• Guide new students to fully prepare documents, papers and necessary procedures before coming to school to enroll.

New students should regularly check their email, phone and official information channels of the University so as not to miss important announcements during the enrollment period.

Step 2: Payment of Tuition and Course Fees

After confirming admission, new students must pay tuition and fees at the beginning of the course according to the School’s instructions. Students can choose online payment or direct payment.

For online payment:

• Log in to Intracom University’s online admission portal;
• Check tuition fees and amounts that need to be completed;
• Make payment according to instructions on the system;
• After a successful transaction, the status of completing financial obligations will be confirmed by the system or the officer in charge.

For direct payment:

New students will be instructed by school officials to pay in one of the following forms:

• Bank transfer;
• Scan the QR code according to the School’s official account.

After receiving the transaction, the officer in charge will check, compare the information and update the status “Completed” on the management system.

Step 3: Submit Application Directly and Receive Study Materials

At the application reception area, new students submit their prepared admission application according to the School’s guidance list.

The officer in charge will conduct:

• Receive and check admission documents;
• Compare originals in case necessary;
• Check missing documents and guide students to supplement;
• Update new student information to the training management software system.

After completing the procedure, new students will be guided and receive necessary documents for the learning process, including:

• Admission confirmation form;
• Semester schedule;
• Citizen and student activities week schedule;
• Instructional documents for new students;
• Gift voucher and/or uniform receipt according to the School’s instructions.

This is also an important step for the School to complete student management information before you officially start the study program.

Step 4: Take Photo of Profile to Make Student Card

After completing the application procedure, new students will be guided to the photo taking area to update the official photo in the student profile.

This image will be used by the School for:

• Make student card;
• Complete student management records;
• Update on the training management system;
• Serves related learning and management systems during the study process at the School.

New students should choose polite, neat clothing to have an image consistent with the official student profile.

Step 5: Receive Post-Enrollment Support

Not only does it support completing administrative procedures, Intracom University also accompanies new students in the process of getting used to the learning environment and university life.

Accommodation support

For students living far away, the School supports:

• Introducing dormitory information;
• Instructions for registration procedures at the Dormitory;
• Support introducing boarding houses that suit students’ needs.

Instructions for Union and Association work

New students are instructed to:

• Submit and receive Group Book;
• Carry out procedures for transferring Union activities;
• Learn about the Youth Union – Student Union organization and activities for INU students.

Right from the first days of admission, new students can learn about and register to join clubs that suit their interests and personal development orientation.

Through clubs, extracurricular activities, volunteer programs and student movements, you have more opportunities to practice skills, expand relationships and quickly integrate into the student community of Intracom University.

Receive New Student Uniforms and Gifts

After completing the procedures as instructed, new students will receive gifts and uniforms according to the School’s program.
