In just one day, new K21 students will officially arrive at Intracom University to complete admission procedures and begin their new university journey. In recent days, preparations have been made admission date August 14, 2026 is being deployed by the School to be ready to welcome the new generation of new students.
From the reception area, document guidance, finance to photography and post-admission support, the steps are arranged according to the process to help new students and parents more conveniently when coming to the School.
August 14, 2026 marked the first day Intracom University officially accepted new K21 students to go through direct admission procedures. Before this time, the School focused on reviewing and preparing areas to serve the admission process, from initial guidance points to locations for each step in the process.
According to plan, new students will complete the procedures at:
Admissions Department – 20th Floor, Tower A, Intracom Riverside Building, Vinh Thanh, Dong Anh, Hanoi.
Instructions, application reception areas and support steps are organized according to the process so that K21 students can easily determine what they need to do when they come to school.
Not only preparing space, related units also coordinate to support new students in every step of admission.
During the check-in process, K21 students will be guided in turn:
Step 1 – Confirm admission and receive Admission Notice
New students check admission confirmation status, track information sent via Email, SMS or Postal Service and receive instructions on documents to complete.
Step 2 – Complete tuition and course fees
New students fulfill their financial obligations according to the School’s official information and save transaction confirmations for convenient comparison.
Step 3 – Submit application and receive documents
Admission documents are received, checked and compared when necessary. New students are also guided on further content related to the process of studying and living at the School.
Step 4 – Take a photo of student profile
K21 takes photos according to instructions to serve record management and student card making.
Step 5 – Receive post-enrollment support
After completing the main procedures, new students receive more information about studying, first-course activities, student activities and things to prepare for the first days at INU.
The clear division of each step helps the process of accepting new students take place conveniently, and also helps K21 and parents proactively monitor the progress of completing procedures.
In parallel with the University’s preparations, new students should also spend today to check all documents before coming to INU.

For documents that need to be compared, K21 should proactively bring the originals. Records should be arranged in groups to save time when performing procedures.
To make the admission day go more smoothly, before departure, new students should check the admission confirmation status, the latest announcement from the School and the prepared documents. K21 should also have the address saved Intracom Riverside, calculate appropriate travel time, make sure your phone has enough battery and can access Email when you need to check information.
In particular, during the admission and payment process, new students need to use the official information channels of Intracom University, and do not provide CCCD, profile code or personal information in public comment areas.
From an admission result to the day of officially entering university is a journey with many emotions. And date 14/08/2026 will be one of the first milestones of that journey for new K21 students of Intracom University.
Space is being prepared. Support departments are ready. Now is the time for K21 to bring their carefully checked documents, a relaxed spirit and eagerness to come to INU.
