Speaking at the program, Dr. Tran Ai Cam – President of Intracom University emphasized that the establishment of new units and announcement of personnel decisions is not simply an organizational change, but a strategic implementation step to build a more modern, professional and effective management model.

In a context where higher education is rapidly changing due to the impact of digital transformation, artificial intelligence, university autonomy, quality accreditation, internationalization and increasing requirements for human resources, proactively innovating the apparatus has been identified by the University as a necessary requirement.

Accordingly, the consolidation process aims to more clearly define the functions of each unit, improve coordination ability, shorten the work implementation process and help each unit create specific values ​​for learners as well as the overall development of Intracom University.

Expanding the System of Research and Intensive Training Institutes

In this round of consolidation, Intracom University established and developed specialized institutes including: Institute of Science and Technology, INU Institute of Digital Technology, INU Institute of Media and Cultural Industry and Institute of International Cooperation.

The development of the research institute system is expected to strengthen the connection between training, scientific research, innovation and practical cooperation, thereby bringing more value to students:
