On February 5, 2026, Intracom University organized a training program to build a training program with the support of technology and transfer of artificial intelligence (AI) application software, based on experience sharing and professional support from Nguyen Tat Thanh University.

Overview of the working session
The program aims to improve the capacity to build and adjust training programs according to output standards, meeting the requirements of higher education innovation in the context of digital transformation.
Attending the program, on the side of Nguyen Tat Thanh University, there was Dr. Bui Le Minh – Head of Biotechnology and MSc. Nguyen Thi Anh Dao – Head of Quality Assurance Department. On the side of Intracom University, there was Dr. Nguyen Quoc Tu – Vice Principal of the School; MSc. Ha Tu Cau – Acting Head of Training – Scientific Research Department; Dr. Do Khanh Nam – Head of Testing Department; Prof.Dr. Tran Phuong Dat – Dean of the Faculty of Law; Associate Professor, PhD. Pham Van Tien – Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law; Mr. Nguyen Tien Du – Deputy Head of Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy; together with leaders of relevant departments and lecturers.

Representatives of the two units attended and discussed at the meeting
Opening the program, MSc. Nguyen Thi Anh Dao directly guided the process of building and adjusting the training program to ensure compliance with regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, especially Circular 17/2021/TT-BGDDT and Circular 04/2025/TT-BGDDT. The training content focuses on determining the correct goals, learner abilities and output standards of the program, as a basis for designing the training program structure and appropriate modules.
Start the program, MSc. Nguyen Thi Anh Dao – Head of Quality Assurance Department of Nguyen Tat Thanh University guides the steps and training process to meet the requirements of the Circular 17/2021/TT-BGDDT or Circular 04/2025/TT-BGDDT when adjusting the training program, it meets the requirements, capabilities, and goals to determine the correct output, thereby designing the training program. Then design the subject. Regarding testing and assessment methods, from the output benchmarks, we can know what level of academic performance is and what assessment method is appropriate to ensure that method. From attendance, group discussion, presentation, group work, individual work, thematic reports, internships, practical work, projects, teachers can refer to them to make adjustments to suit their subjects.

MSc. Nguyen Thi Anh Dao – Head of Quality Assurance Department at Nguyen Tat Thanh University
Ensure output standard programs and assessment methods are suitable for selection. In 9 steps when designing a subject, there must be a set of program output standards, diagrams, processes, and how the subjects work from which to classify and design the subject for transmission. If I spend a lot of time carefully studying this area, my programs and subjects will be clearer in the future.
Continuing the program, Dr. Bui Le Minh – Head of Biotechnology, Nguyen Tat Thanh University shared deeply about the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in designing and reviewing training programs. According to him, in the current context of strong digital transformation, AI has been present in many fields, of which higher education is a potential space to effectively exploit technology tools. AI has the ability to support large data processing, logical analysis, information comparison and overall suggestions, helping instructors shorten the time to build, adjust and perfect training programs in a scientific, systematic way and approaching modern training standards.
From a quality assurance perspective, Dr. Bui Le Minh emphasized that AI can participate in supporting the entire training program development cycle, from planning, implementation, testing, evaluation to continuous improvement. In particular, in program review, AI acts as a “screening” tool to help detect inconsistencies between training goals, output standards, course content and assessment methods; At the same time, suggest appropriate adjustment directions based on data, reference standards and practical requirements. The application of AI not only helps lecturers quickly build and update course outlines but also contributes to improving the consistency, transparency and overall quality of the training program through each school year.

PhD. Bui Le Minh – Head of Biotechnology Department at Nguyen Tat Thanh University
Besides the obvious benefits, Dr. Bui Le Minh also noted that the application of AI in education needs to be done carefully and with direction. AI only truly develops its value when used as a support tool, under human control, verification and evaluation. Instructors need to combine AI with professional experience, critical thinking and professional responsibility to make appropriate decisions, ensuring the training program both meets standardization requirements and maintains the school’s identity and training goals. Thereby, AI will become a powerful assistant in innovating training activities, contributing to building increasingly systematic and modern learning programs and meeting the requirements of developing high-quality human resources.

PhD. Tran Ai Cam – President of Intracom University
Closing the program, Dr. Tran Ai Cam – President of Intracom University represented the University to receive opinions and share expertise from experts, and at the same time recognized and appreciated the practical content, rich in scientific and practical value in the application of artificial intelligence in building and reviewing training programs. On this occasion, the Doctor also sent his sincere thanks to two teachers from Nguyen Tat Thanh University for taking the time to attend, share experiences and accompany the University, thereby contributing to deepening academic exchange activities and promoting cooperation between higher education institutions in the work of innovating and improving training quality.

The training program not only brings new knowledge and approaches in building and reviewing training programs, but also contributes to raising awareness and technology application capacity of lecturers and managers of Intracom University in the context of educational digital transformation. Through access to AI tools and practical experience from Nguyen Tat Thanh University, the School gradually affirms its strong innovation orientation, taking training quality as the center, closely linking output standards, teaching content and practical social requirements. This is also an important premise for Intracom University to continue perfecting the training program system in a modern, flexible direction, meeting quality accreditation requirements and contributing to training capable, brave and highly adaptable human resources in the digital age.
