Intracom University Completes the Formal External Evaluation Survey of Its Educational Institution

On the afternoon of March 28, 2026, Intracom University solemnly held the closing ceremony of the official survey to serve assessment outside the educational institution, taking place from March 25 to 28, 2026. The survey was conducted by the Vinh Center for Education Quality Assurance and a team of external assessment experts.

Members of the expert group to survey include:

• Prof.Dr. Nguyen Huu Duc, Former Deputy Director of Hanoi National University, Head of the external evaluation team.
• PhD. Phan Hung Thu, Center for Educational Quality Assurance – Vinh University, Secretary of the External Evaluation Team.
• Associate Professor, PhD. Ngo Dinh Phuong, Former Vice Rector of Vinh University, Auditor of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation – Vinh University, Member of the External Evaluation Team.
• PhD. Hoang Vinh Phu, Head of Training Department, Vinh University, Member of the External Evaluation Team.
• Associate Professor, PhD. Le Huy Tung, Deputy Head of Quality Management Department – Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Member of the External Evaluation Team.
• PhD. Nguyen Duy Mong Ha, former Head of Quality Assurance Department – University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ho Chi Minh City National University.
• MSc. Vo Cong Dung, Auditor of Education Quality Accreditation Center – Vinh University, Team Supervisor.

Attending the closing ceremony, on the side of Intracom University, there was Dr. Tran Ai Cam – Principal of the School and Prof. Dr. Ngo Xuan Binh, PhD. Vu Dang Minh, MSc Duong Van Ba, PhD. Nguyen Quoc Tu – Vice President of the school and teachers and leaders of participating units.

The assessment outside the educational institution is carried out according to Circular 12/2017 of the Ministry of Education and Training, to comprehensively assess the level of meeting the quality standards of higher education institutions of the University. During 4 serious, objective and professional working days, the delegation researched documents, interviewed relevant parties (managers, lecturers, learners, alumni, employers), surveyed facilities, as well as had direct dialogue with school leaders.

Speaking at the Closing Ceremony, the Head of the external evaluation team noted and appreciated the thoughtful preparation, spirit of active cooperation, transparency and inquiry of Intracom University, especially the University’s development strategy until 2035 is very suitable with the current educational breakthrough requirements and resources in the ecosystem of Intracom Group.

The expert delegation also made initial comments on the school’s outstanding strengths in its development strategy, training model associated with businesses and the Intracom ecosystem. At the same time, the Delegation recommended a number of contents that need to be continuously improved to further improve the quality of training, scientific research and community service, especially examples in the region of innovative universities to serve as a basis for the University to continue to improve, and successfully implement the University’s development strategy.

On behalf of the School, Dr. Tran Ai Cam – President of Intracom University would like to thank the external evaluation expert team and the Vinh Education Quality Accreditation Center for working seriously, objectively and providing many valid opinions with important directional value for the development of the University. The school commits to seriously absorb all the recommendations of the Delegation, integrate with the school development strategy to develop a specific improvement plan, continue to perfect the modern university administration system, and improve the quality of training oriented towards practice, innovation and international integration.

The official close of the survey marks an important step in the journey of building and developing Intracom University into an innovative university, taking quality as the foundation, accountability as the principle and social values as the destination.
