Intracom University and Saigon Polytechnic College Strengthen Strategic Cooperation in Training, Human Resource Development and International Integration

In the trend of reforming higher education and careers, the connection between educational institutions to optimize resources, improve training quality and expand learning opportunities for learners has become a key direction. In that spirit, Intracom University is constantly expanding its strategic partnership network with prestigious colleges, businesses and educational organizations across the country.

In July 2026, in Hanoi, Intracom University (INU) held a working ceremony and officially signed a contract. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Saigon Polytechnic College (BKSG). The event marked an important step in establishing a long-term, comprehensive cooperative relationship between the two schools.

On Intracom University’s side, there was the presence of the School Council Leaders, Board of Directors and representatives of leaders of specialized departments, divisions and faculties. 

Speaking at the ceremony, the representative of Intracom University emphasized: the cooperation between the two educational institutions in the South and the North not only creates maximum favorable conditions for students in the process of studying, practicing, and improving qualifications, but also contributes to providing high-quality human resources, closely following the actual needs of the labor market and businesses.

Key cooperation contents

At the meeting, representatives of both sides discussed and agreed to sign cooperation in core areas:

1. Joint training and dual training model

• Build a connecting roadmap: The two sides coordinate to review and compare training programs and recognize learning results to build a pathway from college to university level for students.
• Priority industry groups: Focus on deployment in key industries such as Information Technology, Multimedia Communication, Economics, Business Administration, Economic Law, Tourism – Restaurant – Hotel, Electricity – Electronics – Refrigeration, Automotive Technology, Foreign Languages…
• Dual training model: Research applies the rotation model between school and business, harmoniously combining theory, practice and practical experience.

2. Connecting North and South facilities & Business ecosystem

Representatives of Intracom University and the Saigon Polytechnic College delegation visited the modern facilities and learning space at INU. 

• Optimize facilities: The two research schools use each other’s facilities. INU considers arranging locations in the Northern region (including the facility in Pho Hien), while BKSG supports arranging locations in the Southern region to serve consulting, receiving documents, practicing and connecting partners.
• Internships and jobs: Leverage Intracom’s business ecosystem and BKSG’s partner network to receive students for internships, internships and direct recruitment consulting.

3. International cooperation, foreign language training and programs for Lao learners

Leaders of both sides discussed solutions to improve training quality, optimize resources and promote integration. 

• Expanding international cooperation: The two sides coordinate to survey and implement transfer and transfer programs for learners in Laos (including a proposal to cooperate with Hanoi – Vientiane College).
• Connecting Korean & Foreign Language partners: BKSG promotes its role in connecting Korean educational institutions and businesses; The two sides coordinate to organize training in key foreign languages (Korean, English, Chinese, Japanese) is associated with internship and employment needs.

Affirming vision and development orientation

The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding took place successfully in an open and solemn atmosphere. In the coming time, the coordination focal point of the two schools will concretize the contents into a detailed action plan to soon put the programs into practice.
