On August 18, 2026, Intracom University and FUNiX Online Education Joint Stock Company agreed to establish a strategic cooperation relationship for the period 2026 – 2031, aiming to promote the strengths of both sides in training, developing high-quality technology human resources, digital transformation, business connection and recruitment.
According to the Cooperation Agreement between the two units, PhD. Tran Ai Cam – President of Intracom University is a representative of the School; Ms. Dang Thi Thanh Huyen – Director of FUNiX Online Education Joint Stock Company is a representative of FUNiX.
The agreement is built in spirit voluntary, equal, mutually beneficial and sustainable development, creating a basis for the two sides to gradually implement programs suitable to their functions, strengths and actual needs in the period 2026 – 2031.
One of the central goals of the agreement is to establish a strategic, long-term cooperative relationship between Intracom University and FUNiX, thereby promoting the advantages of the two units in the field of training and developing technological human resources.
In the context of digital transformation having an increasingly profound impact on business operations and the labor market, the two sides aim to strengthen connections between training – technology – business – jobs, contributing to improving professional capacity and adaptability of learners to new market requirements.
Specific programs and projects will be agreed upon by both parties through contracts, annexes or separate documents before implementation, ensuring compliance with the resources, responsibilities and interests of each party.
In field training and development of digital capacity, Intracom University and FUNiX aim to coordinate in implementing programs related to information technology, digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI), data science (Data Science), information security and new technology fields.
Officers, lecturers, staff and students of Intracom University are also encouraged to access and participate in appropriate training programs provided by FUNiX according to applicable policies from time to time.
In addition, the two units will research, develop and update training programs based on the actual needs of businesses and the labor market. This is the basis to enhance practicality in training, while also creating conditions for learners to get closer to the rapidly changing competency requirements in the technology field.

Not only aimed at learners in the School, the scope of cooperation also extends to activities corporate training.
The two sides plan to coordinate to survey and assess the actual training needs of businesses and the labor market; From there, research and design appropriate programs technology, management, career skills and digital transformation.
Workshops, seminars, technology forums, programs to share expertise and practical experience are also one of the directions that both sides focus on.
Through these activities, academic knowledge has more opportunities to be connected with practical experience from the business environment, helping lecturers, students and learners update new market trends.
Another notable content in the agreement is that the two sides jointly research and consider appropriate training programs and professional certificates to serve as a reference in recruitment as well as assessment of human resource capacity.
Intracom University and FUNiX also aim to regularly discuss professional standards, competency frameworks and practical requirements from businesses, thereby contributing to improving training quality.
On that basis, the two units can coordinate to develop high-quality human resource development programs, consistent with the requirements of the digital transformation and international integration process.
Cooperation in the field recruitment and human resource development is one of the highlights of the deal.
The two sides intend to coordinate and organize programs internship, career guidance, job fair, business tour and recruitment connection, creating more opportunities for students to learn about the professional environment right during the learning process.
FUNiX can support the introduction and connection of students, alumni and human resources in accordance with the recruitment needs of Intracom University as well as units in the Intracom ecosystem based on actual needs and related regulations.
In parallel, the two sides will study the possibility of implementing programs scholarships, study support and young talent development, thereby expanding learning and development opportunities for learners.

In the field of communication and brand development, Intracom University and FUNiX agreed to coordinate communication about cooperation programs on the official channels of the two units.

According to the agreement, FUNiX will provide information about training programs, scholarships, career opportunities and related professional activities; At the same time, consider appropriate policies for staff, lecturers and students of Intracom University from time to time.
On Intracom University’s part, the University will create conditions for officials, lecturers and students to access appropriate training programs; Provide information on training needs, recruitment, human resource development and coordinate the implementation of seminars, discussions, career guidance, internships, and job connection activities.
The cooperation agreement between Intracom University and FUNiX has period of 5 years from the date of signing. Three months before the expiration date, the two sides will consider extending or signing a new agreement.
Establishing a cooperative relationship for the period 2026 – 2031 creates an additional foundation for Intracom University to expand connections with units operating in the fields of education and technology, while strengthening the connection between training activities and the needs of businesses and the labor market.
Through orientations on technology training, digital competency development, career guidance, internships and recruitment connections, cooperation between Intracom University and FUNiX is expected to open up more practical activities, contributing to improving the quality of human resources and the ability to adapt to the digital transformation process in the near future.
