The two sides aim to build a long-term cooperative relationship based on promoting the strengths of each unit, focusing on career guidance activities for high school students, experiential tours, internship support, resource sharing and team training.
The working program and cooperation signing are expected to take place with the participation of leaders, experts and representatives of the two units, opening up practical coordination directions between Intracom University and Dao Duy Tu Education System in the coming time.

Based on their own strengths, the two sides agreed to strengthen cooperation in educational and career guidance activities, contributing to helping students gain more information and necessary experience before choosing a suitable field of study, career and training environment. One of the important goals of the cooperation program is to develop a sustainable and trustworthy relationship, while effectively exploiting the resources of both sides in career guidance for students.
One of the key contents of the cooperation draft is coordinates the development of career guidance programs for students in grades 11 and 12.
Accordingly, Intracom University and Dao Duy Tu Education System plan to jointly assess learners’ needs, develop career guidance programs and provide information about each specific training industry so that students have more basis when choosing a direction after high school.
Particularly in the 2026 enrollment season, Dao Duy Tu Education System plans to support Intracom University in implementing additional career counseling activities for 12th grade students who have graduated from high school but have not yet registered their university aspirations or have not achieved the desired results. Not only stopping at one enrollment season, the two units also aim to build a long-term career guidance plan from school year 2026–2027, gradually turning career consulting activities into a regular bridge between high school students and the university environment.
This approach helps students have more time to learn about themselves, identify their interests and abilities, and better understand the field of study before making one of the important decisions at age 18.
In addition to consulting activities, the cooperation draft also mentions the organization of career guidance tour programs for 11th and 12th grade students at Intracom University. Through these programs, students have the opportunity to directly approach the university environment, explore the learning space and gradually visualize their future training journey more clearly.
Notably, the scope of the intended experience is not limited to just the campus. The two sides also aim to organize activities to visit the operating and management processes at the facility Oriental Medical Complex and a joint number belongs to Intracom Group.
Thereby, career guidance activities do not just stop at listening to career introductions but are linked to real working environments, helping students have more intuitive perspectives on careers and labor market requirements.

Another notable point in the draft is that cooperation activities are not only for students of Dao Duy Tu Education System but also expand experience opportunities for students of Intracom University. Dao Duy Tu Education System will create conditions for Intracom students to visit, practice and interact with students at the system’s facilities; At the same time, coordinate with lecturers in the process of guiding some practical activities for students.
This two-way connection can create a chain of experiences throughout: high school students have access to university early, while university students have more environments to practice skills, experience practice and interact with learners at different levels of education.
The scope of cooperation between the two units according to the draft is built in a relatively comprehensive direction.
In addition to career guidance and educational experience, Intracom University plans to create conditions for officials, teachers, relatives, parents and students of the Dao Duy Tu Education System to access health care services and periodic health examinations with preferential policies at Phuong Dong Medical Complex – member of Intracom Group.
The two sides also plan to increase resource sharing, coordinate staff training, and create conditions for officials and teachers to participate in teaching activities, scientific research, conferences and seminars organized by each side. This is the foundation for cooperation activities that not only mean connecting students but also contribute to the professional development of the educational teams of the two units.
According to the draft, both sides also plan to maintain it at least one meeting, exchange and exchange per year to evaluate results and specify cooperation contents appropriate to the actual situation.
The promotion of cooperation between Intracom University and Dao Duy Tu Education System shows the direction of strengthening links between universities and general education institutions, bringing career guidance activities closer to students and linking major choice with practical experience.
