Grasping that trend, on April 14, 2026, Intracom University marked a historic milestone when officially holding strategic talks with Dalian University of Foreign Studies (China).

The discussion had the presence of key figures: Dr. Nguyen Quoc Tu – Vice President of Intracom University and Head of the Department of Foreign Languages, and Ms. Cat Cat (Ji Ji) – Deputy Director of the China Study Abroad Center of Nhi Uu Education Group.
Behind this handshake is the combined strength of three prestigious educational and economic organizations:
Intracom University expressed the desire to establish short-term student exchange programs or a 3+1 training joint model with Dalian University of Foreign Studies. The school is actively discussing the possibility of receiving tuition support policies, tuition exemptions or valuable scholarships for students with excellent achievements. This is a very practical direction, because it not only expands opportunities to study abroad but also helps Intracom University students gradually access an advanced educational environment, improve language capacity and cross-cultural thinking right during the process of studying at school.
In addition to student exchange, the two sides show deep interest in developing high-quality Chinese language majors at Intracom University. According to the meeting minutes, the school wants to receive standardized training programs from Dalian University of Foreign Studies, and invite a team of highly qualified professors and lecturers to Vietnam to directly teach.

The proposed forms of coordination are quite flexible, from teaching a semester at school, organizing short-term teaching sessions, to online teaching. To create the most favorable conditions for this work, Intracom University also shows goodwill in committing to ensuring conditions for accommodation support, travel, visa procedures and necessary conditions for international lecturers.
The two sides agreed to jointly organize international scientific conferences, rotating at units in many languages such as English and Chinese to promote multidisciplinary academic exchange.
Notably, scholars from the two schools will jointly carry out joint research projects and publish articles in prestigious international scientific journals, thereby improving the school’s ranking on the world education map. In addition to languages, the scope of cooperation is also expanded to high-tech and medical fields such as applied medicine, pharmacy, artificial intelligence and performing arts.
This meeting not only has the meaning of a meeting and exchange, but is also an important first step for a long-term cooperation. On the occasion of preparing to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the school’s founding in November 2026, Intracom University also sent a respectful invitation to the leaders of Dalian University of Foreign Studies to attend the celebration and visit the capital Hanoi.
