University representative attended the strategic cooperation signing ceremony
Speaking at the ceremony, representatives of both sides affirmed the importance of the connection between applied research units and university training institutions. In the context that Vietnam is focusing resources on the semiconductor and artificial intelligence industries, the cooperation between Intracom University and Southeast Asia High Technology Research Institute is expected to create an academic ecosystem linked to production practices.

PhD. Tran Ai Cam – President of Intracom University spoke at the ceremony, emphasizing the meaning of linking training with applied research
According to the memorandum of agreement, the two sides will coordinate to implement research projects, exchange experts and especially develop practical training programs. AIAT’s ownership of a team of leading experts in circuit design, chip manufacturing equipment and technology strategy will be a valuable resource to help Intracom University students access in-depth knowledge and the most advanced technology right from the time they are in school.

AIAT leadership representative affirmed its commitment to accompany Intracom University in training and developing the technology ecosystem
Not only stopping at general directions, the cooperation agreement between Intracom University and the AIAT consortium and the Bluebik global partner network carries the desire to reshape human resource training standards. This cooperation targets three groundbreaking long-term strategic goals. First of all, there is an effort to synchronize academic standards, bringing the most rigorous standards of global technology businesses deep into the curriculum. At the same time, the two sides aim to build a Research and Development Center right at the school, gradually turning Intracom University into a research and application space capable of actual commercialization. The key point of the agreement is the commitment to “real-world” output, ensuring that graduates can directly participate in chip design processes, manage AI systems or operate chip manufacturing equipment without businesses needing to spend additional time retraining.

Southeast Asia High Technology Research Institute presented and introduced the unit’s outstanding activities at the working session
To realize the above ambitious goals, the agreement has detailed four pillars of core cooperation content. The first pillar focuses on developing a “tailor-made” training program, where AIAT and international experts will directly advise, evaluate and build in-depth modules on Semiconductor Circuits, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and autonomous systems. Next, the “Experts in the lecture hall” model will be strongly deployed. The team of industry-leading experts from AIAT will not only stop at the advisory role but will directly teach classes on core modules, guide projects and share real-life problems from large technology corporations.
Investing in the “Real Combat Lab” infrastructure is also a particularly important highlight. Accordingly, Intracom University students will enjoy the privilege of accessing and practicing on IC design software systems and advanced simulation equipment at AIAT facilities; At the same time, the two sides also plan to coordinate the construction of common practice spaces right on the school’s campus. Finally, to complete the closed ecosystem, the two units will promote joint research activities and expand career opportunities through organizing Joint Research Groups to incubate student projects, aiming for commercialization. Along with that, the extensive partner network of AIAT and Bluebik will become a solid recruitment launch pad, providing opportunities to work in a professional international environment for Intracom University students right after graduation.
In addition to the training field, the two units also agreed to coordinate to organize scientific conferences and STEM programs for students to spread their passion for technology and build the next team for the digital economy.
Under the witness of senior leaders, Dr. Tran Ai Cam – President of Intracom University and Mr. Nguyen Tien Tung – Deputy Director Southeast Asia High Technology Research Institute signed the MOU, marking a milestone of sustainable cooperation. The handshake and minutes handing ceremony are not just administrative procedures but a strong commitment to conquer new heights together in the digital era.

The signing event once again affirms Intracom University’s applied training philosophy: “Learning goes hand in hand with practice, the school accompanies businesses and research institutes”. This is also a strategic step to enhance the school’s position in the higher education system, becoming a reliable destination for learners passionate about high technology.

Immediately after the signing ceremony, the delegations of both sides moved to an in-depth professional discussion session. Here, AIAT’s semiconductor and strategy experts worked with school leaders to detail the roadmap for implementing projects and short-term and long-term training courses in the period 2026 – 2030.
The cooperation event between Intracom University and the Southeast Asia High Technology Research Institute is a clear demonstration of INU’s position – a dynamic school, always at the forefront of capturing technology trends. With the “launch pad” from AIAT, students have complete confidence in a future of becoming key factors in the global knowledge economy.
