On June 17, 2026, Intracom University held a meeting of the Appraisal Council for undergraduate training programs in Economic Law and specialized majors. The meeting aimed to review, evaluate and complete the program according to a standardized, modern orientation, linked to professional practice and the development needs of society.
As the business environment becomes increasingly integrated, digitized and rapidly changing, legal human resources not only need to be knowledgeable about the law, but also must be able to accompany businesses in risk management, dispute resolution and creating a foundation for sustainable development. In that flow, Economic Law becomes a topical and practical training field. The program appraisal meeting therefore has an important meaning, demonstrating the seriousness, responsibility and demand of Intracom University in building a modern, applicable training program that meets the needs of society.
Overview of the meeting of the Council for Appraising the Economic Law training program at Intracom University
The meeting was attended by the Board of Directors of Intracom University, leaders of specialized departments, members of the Appraisal Council, scientists, legal experts, representatives of employers and lecturers participating in program development. The presence of experts and representatives of professional practice helps ensure that the program is considered multidimensional, from the academic foundation to the application requirements in the real work environment.
Opening speech of the meeting, Dr. Nguyen Thi Tinh – Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Commerce, emphasized the strategic significance of evaluating the training program in Economic Law in the new development period. The program needs to be built on the basis of compliance with current regulations, ensuring output standards, and clearly demonstrating INU’s training identity with the orientation of real learning, real doing, connecting businesses and taking social needs as the starting point.

At the meeting, the representative of the program development unit presented an overview of training objectives, output standards, program structure, module system and development orientation of the Economic Law major at Intracom University. The program is designed to inherit the foundation of modern legal training, while enhancing applicability, interdisciplinary nature and adaptability to labor market shifts.
A prominent highlight in the training orientation is that the bachelor’s program in Economic Law is flexibly developed from the original major to 04 specialized majors, to meet the need for high-quality human resources in key economic fields.
MSc. Ha Tu Cau – Deputy Head of the Department of Investment Management and Scientific Research of Intracom University presented the goals, output standards and structure of the training program in the Economic Law major.
The key contents of interest to the Council include the compatibility between training goals and output standards, the logic of the program structure, the ratio between basic industry knowledge and in-depth knowledge, the level of update of the modules, teaching methods, forms of student assessment and quality assurance conditions during the training implementation process.
In the spirit of serious and constructive work, members of the Appraisal Council have given many profound professional opinions. The Council highly appreciated the preparation of the program development team, and proposed to continue reviewing a number of contents to increase practicality, clarify training identity, update new legal trends and strengthen the connection between the program and the needs of the employing unit.
Comments focus on continuing to improve output standards in a clear, measurable way; streamlining course structure; Strengthen professional practice content; supplement real legal situations; Expand connections with lawyers, businesses, judicial agencies, law offices, financial institutions and units that need to use legal human resources. Some Council members also emphasized the need to update new trends in the digital economy, digital transformation, technology finance, cross-border transactions and compliance management in businesses.

Representative of the Faculty of Law of Intracom University respectfully accepted the Council’s comments and affirmed that it will continue to review training objectives, output standards, program structure and detailed course outlines. The process of completing the program will be implemented in the spirit of inquiry, science and responsibility, ensuring that the program after promulgation is feasible, up-to-date and meets the requirements for training high-quality legal human resources.
The meeting took place in a serious and responsible atmosphere, with many practical comments from experts, scientists and representatives of professional practice.
After a process of discussion, criticism and evaluation, the meeting of the Council for Appraisal of the Economic Law training program has completed the planned contents. In particular, the Faculty of Law is the first unit of Intracom University to evaluate the training program at the University Council. With serious, methodical preparation and a spirit of inquiry, the Faculty of Law successfully defended 05 training programs, including Economic Law and 04 specialized majors, which were accepted by the Council with 100% approval votes.
This result is an important milestone, affirming the program building capacity of the faculty of the Faculty of Law, and demonstrating Intracom University’s determination to take educational quality as the center, taking practical needs as the development direction and taking the professional capacity of learners as a measure of training effectiveness.
With a seriously evaluated program foundation, along with the companionship of a team of experts, lecturers and a business ecosystem, the Economic Law major at Intracom University is expected to become one of the application-rich training majors, contributing to providing society with legal human resources with strong expertise, professional courage, standard ethics and high adaptability in the digital economic era.
