KOCHAM representative shares about the human resource needs of Korean businesses in Vietnam
The parties agree to implement an internship and recruitment program with a duration of six months to one year at Korean businesses connected by KOCHAM. The post-internship evaluation and recruitment mechanism will be clearly established to ensure the rights of students and the quality of human resources for businesses.
In particular, it is proposed to establish a Korean Career Hub right at Intracom University. This center will become a bridge connecting Korean businesses with students, and organize seminars on corporate culture, working environment and mentoring programs for final-year students. Not only stopping at introducing job opportunities, Korean Career Hub is also expected to be a space to nurture integration aspirations, equipping students with the courage and skills to confidently enter the international labor market.

Participants actively acknowledged and exchanged cooperation content
Within the framework of discussions with the Korean Embassy, the two sides also agreed on a mechanism to meet periodically every six months to review and evaluate cooperation progress. The Embassy expressed its willingness to accompany Intracom University in building and developing the Korean language industry according to labor market standards, aiming for the next stage of expanding the program to bring engineers, nurses and technicians to work in Korea after perfecting human resources in Vietnam.
