In the context of a constantly changing business environment, an increasingly perfect legal system and constantly improving corporate governance requirements, proactively identifying and controlling legal risks has become an important part of each business’s sustainable development strategy.
Based on that practical requirement, on July 13, 2026, Intracom University organized the Workshop “Preventing legal risks in corporate governance”. The program is hosted by Intracom Entrepreneurs Institute, in collaboration with the School of Inspectors, Ha Tinh Entrepreneurs Business Association in Hanoi and partner businesses and organizations.
The conference brings together leaders of agencies, organizations, legal experts, scientists, managers, entrepreneurs and a large number of business representatives. Not only does it provide in-depth perspectives on compliance management, the program also opens up a space for connection between the University, experts and the business community, aiming to promote cooperation in training, scientific research, human resource development and knowledge transfer.

Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Viet – Chairman of Intracom Group, Chairman of Intracom University Council, Chairman of Ha Tinh Businessmen’s Business Association in Hanoi, emphasized that businesses that want to develop long-term cannot rely only on business opportunities, but need to be built on a foundation of knowledge, high-quality human resources, modern management system and a sense of compliance with the law.
