In the joyful atmosphere of the first days of 2026, on the morning of January 9, 2026, Intracom University organized Conference in January 2026 with the participation of the School Council, Board of Directors, leaders of faculties, departments, divisions, centers and units under the School.
The conference is an important occasion to summarize the work in December 2025, implement key tasks in January and orient the activity plan for February 2026, and at the same time announce decisions on organizational structure and personnel work, creating a solid foundation for the new development path of the University.
Overview of the Mission Deployment Conference at Intracom University.
Attending and directing the Conference were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Viet – Chairman of the School Council and Dr. Tran Ai Cam – President of Intracom University. The appearance of the School’s leaders demonstrates the close attention, sense of responsibility and consistent leadership role of the School Council and Board of Directors in orienting and managing the School’s activities right from the first days of 2026, contributing to creating high unity in the awareness and actions of all officials, lecturers and staff.
At the Conference, Ms. Nguyen Thuy Dung – Representative of the University Office announced important decisions on the establishment of departments and centers under Intracom University, including: Advisory Board, Institute of Entrepreneurship, Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Center for Psychological and Career Counseling, Department of Organization – Legal Affairs, Department of Internal Inspection, and also announced the decision to separate the Department of Training Management – Scientific research – International cooperation to specialize functions and improve management and operating efficiency.

Immediately afterwards, decisions on the appointment and consolidation of leadership and management staff at the units were also solemnly announced. The representative of the School Office announced the decision to appoint personnel as follows:

This is an important step, demonstrating the University’s determination to build a streamlined, effective organizational structure to meet development requirements in the new period.
The conference took time to congratulate and acknowledge the trust of the School Council and Board of Directors in the officers assigned new responsibilities, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and unanimity for the common development of Intracom University.
Within the framework of the Conference, MSc. Pham Van Ba - Deputy Chief of the School Office presented a report summarizing the work of December 2025, and clearly stated the direction and key tasks for January 2026. The report focuses on key contents such as training, organization, human resources, quality assurance, communication and inter-unit coordination.

Continuing the program, the Communications – Marketing Department represented by Ms. Dang Thi Phuong – Deputy Communications – Marketing Department reported and presented the communication orientation in the coming time, especially key activities associated with the brand development strategy and the 20th anniversary of the University’s founding.

The conference also set aside time for units to discuss, exchange and contribute ideas to agree on solutions to effectively implement work tasks in January and February 2026.
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Viet – Chairman of the School Council emphasized the importance of consensus, responsibility and innovation throughout the system. He requested the units to quickly stabilize the organizational structure and proactively deploy tasks according to assigned functions and tasks; At the same time, promote the operational efficiency of newly established departments and centers, thereby gradually improving the quality of training, management efficiency and reputation of Intracom University.
