On March 16, 2026, Intracom University organized a Preliminary Survey and signed a working minute with the External Evaluation Expert Team of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation – Vinh University. This is an important activity in the roadmap to ensure and improve training quality, and demonstrates the University’s determination to constantly improve the university administration system, improve operational efficiency and affirm its reputation before learners, society and related parties.

Attending the program, on the side of the Evaluation Expert Team from outside the educational institution were: Prof.Dr. Nguyen Huu Duc – Former Deputy Director of Hanoi National University, Head of the external evaluation team; Dr. Pham Le Cuong – Director of the Center for Educational Quality Assurance at Vinh University; Dr. Phan Hung Thu – Inspector, Union Secretary.

Speaking at the program, the representative of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation – Vinh University emphasized that external assessment activities play a key role in the higher education quality accreditation process. This is an important basis to help training institutions be reviewed and evaluated objectively and comprehensively according to standards issued by the Ministry of Education and Training.

Within the framework of the working program, Dr. Tran Ai Cam – representative of Intracom University’s leadership introduced an overview of the University’s internal quality assurance system and self-assessment process, and emphasized the determination to constantly improve the quality of training, scientific research and community service. Accordingly, educational quality accreditation is not only a regulatory requirement but also an opportunity for the School to comprehensively review the results achieved, promote strengths and promptly improve limited content. The implementation of assessment outside educational institutions is expected to contribute to perfecting the development strategy, strengthening the quality assurance system and improving training quality in a substantive and sustainable manner.

Within the framework of the working program, the Preliminary Survey Team conducted research on the self-assessment report of Intracom University, and also surveyed the actual facilities, learning campus, classrooms, function rooms and practice areas at the University’s training facilities. At the same time, the proof system and related documents serving quality inspection are also carefully checked and compared to evaluate the completeness, consistency and authenticity of the documents.
Representative of the External Evaluation Team, Dr. Phan Hung Thu presented initial research results for the self-assessment report, and discussed directly with the Self-assessment Council and relevant units about the official survey plan in the near future. The working content focuses on clarifying the compatibility between the description in the report and the evidence system, as well as the practical operational effectiveness of the quality assurance system throughout the school.
Through the survey process, the delegation recognized the proactive, serious and demanding spirit of Intracom University in preparation work. Many contents in the dossier are elaborately constructed, closely following inspection standards. In addition, the Delegation also made a number of recommendations to help the School continue to review, supplement and complete the dossier, ensuring a more complete and authentic reflection of practical activities.

Representatives of Intracom University seriously accepted the comments, and affirmed that they will continue to direct functional units to urgently complete the self-assessment report, supplement evidence as required, and ensure the consistency, logic and accuracy of the document system for inspection.
After the discussions, the two sides agreed on the plan to deploy the official survey, the logistics conditions to serve the Evaluation Team and signed the preliminary survey minutes. This is an important preparation step, creating the foundation for the evaluation process outside the educational institution in the near future.

The preliminary survey session is not only professionally meaningful but also an important milestone in the development journey of Intracom University. Through this accreditation, the School expects to have more basis to better recognize its position and quality of education, thereby building appropriate improvement plans in the coming time, aiming for sustainable development, meeting the mission, vision and core values committed to the community and society.
