In the context of increasingly deeper integration of higher education, promoting cooperation with international academic organizations plays a key role in improving research capacity, developing high-quality human resources and enhancing cultural exchanges. Continuing international connection activities, Intracom University and Macao Doctoral Think Tank (DTT) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). At the same time, the school is preparing to welcome a high-level survey team from DTT to visit and work directly at the school on August 1, 2026.
The MOU signing ceremony recognizes the long-term cooperation orientation between the two units within 03 years. Through this agreement, Intracom University and Macao Doctoral Think Tank aim to develop talent, innovate and build sustainable research programs between Vietnam and Macau.

In parallel with the completion of the memorandum of understanding, Macao Doctoral Think Tank organized a survey team of experts, scientists and business leaders to work at Intracom University on July 31, 2026.
The visit aims to discuss more deeply about the context of socio-economic development, education and culture in Vietnam, and learn about the current state of operations of policy consulting organizations and research institutes. The two sides will also discuss in detail potential projects such as joint research, corporate communications and human resource exchange.
