On the morning of March 16, 2026, at the Speech Room, Professional Practice Center, Intracom University, the Faculty of Law successfully organized a mock trial practice session with the topic “Dispute over sales contract”. This practical academic activity not only brings a particularly lively lesson for students but also continues to affirm the training orientation associated with careers, taking practice as the foundation to improve the school’s training quality.
Practice session conducted by MSc. Pham Van Thao – Lecturer of the Faculty of Law presided, with the participation of a large number of lecturers and students of the Faculty of Law. In particular, the program was honored to welcome the preliminary survey team to serve the assessment outside the educational institution, with the presence of Dr. Tran Ai Cam – President of Intracom University, Professor, PhD. Tran Phuong Dat – Dean of the Faculty of Law and representative of a number of functional units throughout the school.

Delegates, lecturers and students attended the performance with the topic “Disputes on goods purchase contracts”
No longer are classes only related to textbooks, laws or hypothetical situations on paper, the trial brought students into a real professional space, where each position in the trial is recreated seriously, methodically and in the spirit of litigation.
In the mock trial, students directly take on many different roles such as the Trial Council, Judge, People’s Jury, representative of the Procuracy, Trial Secretary, lawyer, litigant… From the content of the case file, the procedural script to the role-playing style of each character, all are meticulously prepared under the guidance and professional advice of lecturers and lawyers.

Faculty of Law students take on the role of Trial Council and trial clerk
That serious investment has created a “real” mock trial, where students not only apply the legal knowledge they have learned but are also challenged with their logical thinking ability, litigation skills, criticism, professional behavior and bravery in facing specific legal situations.
Throughout the trial, the academic atmosphere was vibrant but still maintained the standards, seriousness and professionalism of a real trial. The questioning, answering, and debate sections between the parties were presented coherently, had clear legal bases, and showed the students’ careful preparation.

Intracom University students present and argue as lawyers
Each argument presented not only reflects mastery of specialized knowledge but also shows the ability to analyze problems, connect legal regulations with real situations and defend opinions with sharp legal thinking. Those are also the core competencies that law students need to cultivate right from the time they are in school.
The mock trial is therefore not simply a subject practice session, but becomes a comprehensive training environment, where students are exposed to professional pressure, learn how to work according to the process, demonstrate responsibility for each assigned role and form the style of a future legal practitioner.

The whole scene of the lecture shows a serious, professional learning atmosphere and a spirit of active monitoring and interaction.
Speaking at the program, Dr. Tran Ai Cam – President of Intracom University emphasized:
“Legal training does not stop at theory but must be closely linked to professional practice. Models such as the mock trial are the ‘second lecture hall’, where students are trained in courage, skills and professional ethics right from the time they are still in school. The school always determines to be learner-centered, enhancing practice and experience so that students can work immediately after graduating.”
This statement not only clearly demonstrates the training philosophy of Intracom University but also shows the University’s determination to build a modern, applied learning environment, closely linking academic knowledge and practical requirements of the labor market.

PhD. Tran Ai Cam – Principal of the School along with delegates, experts and leaders of the Faculty of Law attended and watched the performance.
At the end of the lecture, Prof.Dr. Tran Phuong Dat – Dean of the Faculty of Law had profound professional comments, appreciating the students’ serious preparation spirit, role-playing ability, legal reasoning and proactive learning attitude. Besides, the teacher also pointed out the points that need to continue to be improved so that students can further improve their professional skills and gradually meet the increasing requirements of the legal field in the context of the digital economy and international integration.
The practice session also received positive recognition from the attending delegates, especially the external evaluation expert team, not only in the quality of the organization but also in the effectiveness of practical training that the Faculty of Law of Intracom University is persistently pursuing.
The show ended in a serious, exciting atmosphere and left many deep impressions on the students. More than just a practice class, this is a valuable opportunity for learners to better feel the rhythm of their profession, understand more deeply the value of legal knowledge in real life, and see clearly the career path they are pursuing.

The show ended with many professional marks, affirming the practical training orientation of Intracom University’s Faculty of Law.
Through the mock trial model, Intracom University Faculty of Law continues to affirm its applied training orientation, focusing on practice, taking professional experience as one of the important pillars to improve training quality. This is also a practical step to contribute to the training of legal human resources with expertise, skills, professional ethics and the ability to adapt to the requirements of modern society.
