On June 22, 2026, Intracom University and GIZA Vietnam Design and Construction Joint Stock Company officially signed a cooperation agreement for the period 2026 – 2031. The event marks a new development in the companionship between schools and businesses, aiming to strengthen the connection between training and practice, while contributing to the development of high-quality human resources meet the needs of society in the new period.

Attending the program, on Intracom University’s side, there was the presence of Dr. Tran Ai Cam – School Principal; Dr. Nguyen Quoc Tu – Vice Rector, Head of International Cooperation Department; Mr. Nguyen Van Nha – Deputy Director of the Institute of Entrepreneurship; Ms. Nguyen Hoang Tien – Deputy Head of Communications Department and representatives of relevant faculties, departments and divisions.

Representatives of Intracom University affirmed that strengthening connections with businesses is one of the key tasks to bring professional practice into the training process, helping students access a professional working environment right from the time they are still in the classroom.
The representative of GIZA Vietnam also expressed confidence in the potential for cooperation between the two units, and highly appreciated the practical training orientation that Intracom University is pursuing. With experience in implementing many large-scale projects in the fields of design, construction and project management, businesses expect to accompany the school in training, career guidance and development of high-quality human resources.

According to the content of the cooperation agreement, Intracom University and GIZA Vietnam will coordinate to implement programs in the fields of training, scientific research, knowledge transfer, career guidance, internships and job connection for students. This is considered an important foundation to help strengthen the connection between academic knowledge and practical requirements of businesses and the labor market.
In particular, students in the fields of Construction Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration and many related fields will have more opportunities to access a real working environment, learn about project implementation processes, participate in professional experience activities and expand connections with businesses right during the learning process.
Through coordinated programs, students not only strengthen their professional knowledge but also gradually form their professional thinking, working skills and ability to adapt to the modern working environment.
In addition, GIZA Vietnam will research and implement scholarship programs for Intracom University students, and coordinate to organize career guidance activities, seminars, job fairs and internship programs at businesses. Students with good academic performance or excellent internship participation will have the opportunity to be considered for employment by businesses after graduation.
