According to the content of the memorandum, the two sides agreed to build an exclusive cooperative relationship, in which Projekt Realization Asia becomes a strategic partner of Intracom University with the goal of forming an independent robotics value chain. On that basis, a new robotics joint venture is expected to be established, allowing Information Technology students of Intracom University to directly participate in practical technology projects implemented by partners.
Cooperation is oriented to develop in three stages including: building a simulation-based blockchain system, developing own software and testing robots, moving towards product industrialization and penetrating the European market. According to the agreement, Vietnam is identified as the key location for research, development and pilot implementation of technology projects, while Europe is the target market for selected products. The two sides agreed to implement cooperation according to specific project models, each stage, towards future commercialization.
The two sides work in a professional, serious and highly focused atmosphere, communicating frankly and openly in the spirit of cooperation and construction.
The meeting took place in a serious, open and constructive atmosphere, demonstrating the School’s orientation in not approaching robotics as a single subject but towards building a comprehensive application ecosystem. Based on Intracom’s existing platform in the fields of hospitals, energy, real estate and high-tech agriculture, students and lecturers will have the opportunity to directly participate in real technology projects, thereby strengthening the connection between training, research and business needs.

Intracom’s ecosystem is a suitable environment for our business to develop, test and perfect products right in the context of real applications.”

Within the framework of cooperation, the two sides agree to coordinate the implementation of training and technology development activities, including training on robotics, autonomous systems and simulation, building simulation and digital twin models, and developing a data platform for research and training. At the same time, expand the application of robotics in many essential fields such as healthcare, logistics, clean energy, real estate and high-tech agriculture through pilot projects deployed in Vietnam.
According to the agreement, Intracom University acts as a local industrial partner, providing implementation infrastructure and participating in investment according to each specific project, while Projekt Realization Asia plays the role of central coordination, project management, communication and leading the market access strategy, especially the European market. Issues related to intellectual property rights, trade and investment will be agreed upon separately by the two parties for each project, on the basis of respecting the legitimate rights and interests of each party.
