On October 27, 2025, the Faculty of Law – Intracom University held an acceptance ceremony for scientific research topics of students in the 2024 – 2025 school year in a solemn, professional and academic atmosphere. This is an important annual activity, not only to evaluate the quality of students’ research projects but also to contribute to spreading the spirit of active learning, critical thinking and research aspirations in the entire student community.
The Acceptance Council was established with the participation of scientists and lecturers with in-depth expertise and practical experience, ensuring objectivity and seriousness in the evaluation process. Specifically, the Council includes: Prof.Dr. Tran Phuong Dat – Dean of the Faculty of Law, Chairman of the Council; Dr. Nguyen Van Pha – Head of the Department of Constitution and Administration, Reviewer 1; Dr. Dam Bich Hien – Head of Economic Law Department, Reviewer 2; MSc. Ha Tu Cau – Acting Head of Department of Training Management, Scientific Research and International Cooperation, Member; with MSc. Nguyen Thi Phuong – Specialist of Department of Training Management – Scientific Research – International Cooperation, Secretary of the Council.
At the acceptance session, two typical student topics were presented and defended before the Council with careful preparation, clear research content and high practical applicability. Topic “Inheritance according to Vietnamese law and practical application” done by student Nguyen Ngoc An Nhi (code DCA.SV.01/24-25) was evaluated by the Council as Good. The study has systematized current legal regulations on inheritance, and analyzed practical application, thereby proposing a number of recommendations to improve the law and improve implementation efficiency in real life.
Besides, topic “Development of farm economy in Van Cam commune, Hung Ha district, Thai Binh province (now Dien Ha commune, Hung Yen province) in the period of 2022 – 2030” done by a group of students An Duc Tuan and Nguyen Nhu Hung (code DCA.SV.02/24-25) achieved Good results. The topic approaches the problem from an interdisciplinary perspective between law and economics, analyzing the current state of farm economic development in the locality, thereby offering solutions suitable to the current context of rural economic development.
The topics all received high appreciation from the Council thanks to their practicality, logical and rigorous research methods and the ability to analyze and synthesize problems scientifically. In particular, the students’ serious, proactive and creative spirit throughout the project implementation process left many positive impressions. Not only stopping at completing course requirements, research projects also demonstrate independent thinking and the ability to apply legal knowledge to solve practical problems, contributing to improving the quality of training and scientific research at the Faculty of Law.
In addition to the students’ presentations, the Acceptance Council also made many comments and suggestions of in-depth expertise, helping the research groups to further improve the topic content. This is also an opportunity for students to practice presentation and criticism skills and approach the scientific research process in a methodical and professional manner.
The acceptance session ended in a serious, responsible and inspirational atmosphere, leaving many positive impressions on the participating lecturers and students. The success of the program not only recognizes the efforts of students but also contributes to promoting the scientific research movement throughout the school. This will be an important foundation for Intracom University to continue promoting its training strengths associated with research, encouraging students to innovate, be creative and gradually assert themselves in a professional academic environment.
