After knowing the results of your 1st choice admission, the joy may have come, but the admission journey is not yet truly complete. Last 48 hours of admission at INU is when candidates need to check important procedures to make sure they do not miss the opportunity to become a new student.

According to the 2026 university and college admission plan of the Ministry of Education and Training, candidates admitted in the first round must confirm admission online on the system before 5:00 p.m. August 21, 2026.

For candidates who have been admitted to Intracom University, this is the time to check immediately 03 things below before we can safely wait for the day we officially enter the lecture hall.

1. Check Admission Confirmation Status on the System of the Ministry of Education and Training

This is the most important thing to do in the last days.

Candidates need to log in General enrollment support system of the Ministry of Education and Training, check admission results and perform operations admission confirmation as instructed.

Completion deadline is before 5:00 p.m. on August 21, 2026.

After operation, do not rush to close the browser. Please check the status on the system to make sure the confirmation has been recorded successfully.

During this process, Intracom University also checks the candidate’s admission confirmation status and sends Notice of admission via forms such as email, SMS and Post Office.

Therefore, these days, new students should regularly check:

• Admission system of the Ministry of Education and Training;
• Email used when registering;
• Phone message;
• Official announcements and contact channels of the School.

If you have been admitted but the status on the system is not correct or you have difficulty performing the operation, candidates should immediately contact the admissions department for support, avoiding waiting until close to the deadline to process.

2. Check Tuition Fees and Beginning of Course Fees

After confirming admission, the next thing to check is financial obligations at the beginning of the term.

At Intracom University, new students can pay tuition and fees at the beginning of the course online or in person.

Online payment

New students need to do:

• Log in to the School’s online admission portal;
• Check tuition rates and payable amounts;
• Payment according to instructions on the system;
• Check the status again after a successful transaction.

After payment, the system or staff of the Planning and Finance Department will confirm the completion of financial obligations.

Direct payment

New students can also make payment according to the instructions of University officials by:

• Bank transfer;
• Scan the QR code according to the School’s official account.

After the transaction is recorded, financial staff will check, compare and update the status “Completed” on the management system.

A small but very important note: after transferring or paying, new students should save transaction information for convenient comparison in case of need.

3. Check Your Admission Documents Before Coming to School

Admission confirmed, tuition fee checked — the last thing is to reopen the application and review each document before going to school.

Don’t wait until you get to the application reception desk to find out you’re missing a notarized photocopy.

New students should prepare and review documents according to instructions, including:

• Online enrollment registration form according to the School’s form;
• Notarized photocopy of high school transcript;
• Notarized photocopy of CCCD;
• Temporary high school graduation certificate for candidates graduating in 2026 or High school diploma for candidates graduating in previous years;
• Certificate of graduation score;
• Documents proving achievements, priorities or scholarships if applicable;
• Competency Assessment/Thinking Assessment exam results form if the corresponding admission method is used;
• Records of diploma and transcript for candidates taking regular admission.

Ideally, arrange documents into a separate set, check each item before moving to school.

When submitting the application, School officials will receive, check, compare the originals if necessary and provide additional instructions for missing documents.

After completing the application, new students will also receive information and documents to serve the learning process such as Admission confirmation form, semester timetable, student-civic activity week calendar and guidance documents for new students.

For new students at Intracom University, the school accepts direct admission until August 21, 2026 at:

Tower A, Intracom Riverside Building, Vinh Thanh, Dong Anh, Hanoi.
