Intracom University Establishes New Departments and Centers for Sustainable Development

On January 9, 2026, Intracom University solemnly held a ceremony to announce important decisions on the establishment of units under the University. This is a milestone of special significance, marking a development step in the process of perfecting the organizational structure, towards a modern, professional university governance model, improving operating efficiency, meeting the requirements of higher education innovation in the context of digital transformation and deep international integration.

At the ceremony, the representative of the School Office announced the decision to establish new departments and functional centers, demonstrating the strategic vision and determination of the School in building a synchronous, professional, student-centered organizational system and ensuring training quality linked to the practical needs of society.

According to the announced decisions, Intracom University officially established the following units: Advisory Board; Entrepreneurship Institute; Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation; Center for Psychological Counseling and Career Guidance; Department of Organization and Legal Affairs; Internal Inspection Department; At the same time, the Department of Training Management – Scientific Research – International Cooperation was separated with the following tasks:

• Advisory Board is a unit that plays a strategic advisory role, contributing professional opinions and long-term development orientation to the University in the fields of training, scientific research and university administration.
• Institute of Entrepreneurship was established to strengthen the connection between the School and the business community, contributing to bringing production and business practices into teaching, supporting students to access a real working environment, improving professional capacity and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation is the focal point for promoting creative activities, applied research, and incubating startup ideas of students and lecturers; At the same time, create an innovation ecosystem closely linked between the school – business – society.
• Center for Psychological Counseling and Career Guidance was established with the goal of taking care of spiritual life, supporting school psychology, and consulting on career orientation, soft skills and personal development roadmaps, helping students develop comprehensively in terms of knowledge, personality and ability to adapt to the labor market.
• Department of Organization and Legal Affairs plays an advisory role on organizational structure, personnel, policies and ensuring legality in all activities of the School; contributing to building a transparent, disciplined and legal working environment.
• Internal Inspection Department was established to strengthen inspection and supervision, ensuring the implementation of regulations, management, financial and training processes are carried out seriously and effectively, contributing to improving the quality of management and preventing risks in the School’s operations.

This will be a solid foundation for the School to continue improving its reputation and training quality, affirming its position in the Vietnamese higher education system, gradually moving towards the goal of becoming an applied, modern, developed and internationally integrated higher education institution.
